It consists of a fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms with easily accessible showers, a comfortable high quality Italian sofa-bed with a Queen-size mattress, a wardrobe, a 55" Smart-TV and a dining table for up to four people. The sunny patio offers extra space for al fresco dining, two sun loungers for sunbathing, a large parasol and an outdoor shower. Its location, just a 5 minutes walk from the Plaza de la Merced and a 15 minutes walk from the beach, makes it the ideal starting point for exploring the city and all its treasures - welcome home!
The apartment building has a main security entrance door with intercom. From there you enter the Studio, which is located on the ground floor.
Next to the security entrance door is the main bathroom with easily accessible shower, electric towel warmer and a set of bath and hand towels.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, saucepans and frying pans, and many of the small items you usually have at home.
The generous studio offers a large sofa that doubles as a high quality Italian queen-size sofa bed, a wardrobe and a dining table for up to four guests.
Next to the sofa bed is the en-suite bathroom. It provides a large, easily accessible shower and a further set of bath and hand towels, as well as a hairdryer. Sufficient toilet paper and liquid hand soap are provided for your stay.
From inside the Studio you access the private patio with artificial grass, which is provided with an extendable table with four chairs, two sun loungers, a large 3m x 4m parasol and an outdoor shower. Relax!
